1. Owner Responsibility & Grounded Facts
Principals are responsible for the accuracy and physical possession of inventory items. Automated drafting grounds copy strictly in owner-provided attributes.
2. Bounded Agent Mandates
Agents acting via /api/mcp or /api/a2a execute only inside unexpired, principal-signed Mandate price floors and MandateBudget ceilings.
3. Dual-Confirmation Deal Completion
Free-form chat cannot reserve inventory or accept offers. Deal completion requires confirmation from both seller and buyer principals.
4. Fail-Closed Connector Execution
Connectors default to disabled/partner_required until certified and authorized. Browser sessions halt immediately on CAPTCHA, MFA, or lock challenges.
